This error code point toward a joint limit.
Can you verify that the joint limits of the robot in RoboDK do match with the real joint limits of the robot?
That would explain why RDK thinks it's fine while it's not.
              
Another thing you can do reduce the joint limits in RoboDK to ensure it stays in the comfort zone of your robot controller. 1 or 2 degrees should do the trick.
