Are you using the opaque tree? When you display the tree opaque you can't see text. This is a known bug but it has a workaround if you enable the PluginUIAdditions plugin (in Tools-Plugins).

If this is not the issue, can you provide us with a print screen of what you see?

In one of the images you shared we can see that you changed the tree is opaque.

You can follow these steps to set the appearance of the tree back to default and see text on your screen:

1. Select Tools-Options
   
2. Select Display tree preference: Main Window (transparent)
   
3. Restart RoboDK and retry
   

You can also update RoboDK to the latest version to see the plugin for UI additions (screen text works with this plugin and the side tree).
