We don't have an image to depict this generic 5-axis CNC. Building a 5-axis CNC is available only under developer mode and this is meant to be used for internal purposes.

However, I attached a sample project that shows how a generic 5-axis CNC can be modelled. Let us know if you have a 3D model that you need help with.
